Pushing Hands

What is pushing Hands?

"This is a quiet and gentle co-operative exercise involving two students at a time. Their arms and hands alternately carry out pushing and yielding actions with the aim of increasing their capacity to relax under pressure and not to give to habitual reactions of tensing against pressure," Paul Crompton, author of T'ai Combat.
